Matt has been drawing for as long as he can remember, filling sketchbook after sketchbook with pieces of the world around him.

He is an Artist and Freelance Illustrator and has created artwork for children's books, album covers, magazine covers, & even food packaging with clients such as All About Learning Press, Lancaster County Community Foundation, Correct Rx Pharmacy Services Inc., & Belmark Inc.

His inspiration can come from many places, the fossils and bones of things that once were,  cramped antique stores, the great outdoors, or the small backyard of his Lancaster PA home. There is never a shortage of subject matter. Each rendered in his studio or on site with his 2B pencil and set of trusty watercolors.
